Exchanges and Refunds
If there's an exchange, here's how to do it:
Within 30 days, you can request by email or telephone an exchange for a product of the same or higher value. In this case, you will have to pay the difference.
State of the Products returned or exchanged:
The Product(s) returned (including in the context of an exchange) must be new, unused and if possible in their original box. Any item returned soiled and/or damaged will not be accepted. You understand, they cannot be resold.
Upon receipt of the package, GEORGEDÉ STUDIO will check the returned Product(s).
If the return is refused by GEORGEDÉ STUDIO, the Products will be returned to you at your expense without you being able to demand any compensation or reimbursement.
Products not in conformity:
In case of delivery to the Customer of a Product not conforming to the order, you must return the Product to GEORGEDÉ STUDIO, according to the following procedure:

-Request a return label to be affixed to your package.

Always remember to keep the proof of this return.
The customer will be fully reimbursed within 15 days for the amount of the returned Product(s) except for the return transport costs. Colissimo was asked if they agreed to take these costs at their expense they said NO!
In the case of a non-compliant product, you will be refunded in full of all costs. Normal, we will be responsible for it.
Reimbursement is made by crediting the Customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order or by the PAYPAL account.
The Customer may request a credit note or voucher in lieu of a refund. In this case, the return transport costs will be added to the amount of the credit note or voucher. (Lucky you!)
