Preamble
If you need to remember the substance of what is going to be said here in a very serious way here is what you should remember without getting your brain in a knot:
You are tall, understand major, you buy for yourself and you must accept our terms and conditions, otherwise no sale. We can only sell you what you see in stock or on order and the personal information we collect with your agreement is only used to serve you better, to deliver you and that anyway you have access to it at any time.

It is a question here of defining the framework of the conditions under which the Internet User can use the e-commerce product order service proposed on the Website, provided and operated by SAS Créations Georgedé and any adult person having the status of a private individual placing an order, you will be called "the Internet User" and we will be collectively called "the parties".
The parties agree that their relations will be exclusively governed by these general terms and conditions of order which are accessible on this website. These conditions are subject to change. The applicable conditions are those in force on the site at the time of the order. Any Internet User accessing the Service irrevocably undertakes to read and accept these general terms and conditions. They therefore constitute a contract between the Internet User and SAS Créations Georgedé.
If you, the Internet user, refuse all or part of these general terms and conditions, you are asked to renounce any use of the Service. The Internet User is informed and acknowledges that the authentic version of these general terms and conditions is the one that is online on the Site at the time of purchase.
Article 1 - Availability of products
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site.
The Internet User is invited to consult the availability of the items sold on the page of each product. The stock availability of products shows the stock at the time of the last update.
However, this availability is given as an indication since products may be sold between the time of purchase by the Internet user and its validation. In case of purchase of several products, if one of the products proves to be unavailable, the site will inform the Internet user directly and may offer him a similar product in terms of price and quality or offer to order it with a period of 15 days open.
If he wishes, the Internet User may also opt to cancel his order for the unavailable products, provided that he informs the site beforehand. If this is the case, a cancellation email will be sent to the Internet User to confirm the cancellation of the order.
Article 2 - Responsibilities
The responsibility of SAS Créations Georgedé cannot be retained in the event of failure to meet one of its contractual obligations due to a fortuitous event (computer problems, technical problems, etc.) or a case of force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence. Finally, SAS Créations Georgedé cannot be held responsible for any damage inherent to the use of the Internet network (cuts, viruses, etc.).
Article 3 - Guarantees
All GEORGEDÉ STUDIO products are covered by the legal warranty, provided that they have been used normally and that the maintenance advice has been followed.

Article 5 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law.
Any dispute will, in the absence of an amicable settlement, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

All the contents published on the Website are the property of their respective authors and are made available to the Internet User for simple consultation. All these publications are protected by copyright.
The presentation and each of the elements, including trademarks, logos and domain names, appearing on the Site are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property, and belong to GEORGEDÉ STUDIO or are subject to authorisation for use.
No element composing the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distorted, transmitted or distributed in any manner whatsoever, in any medium whatsoever, in whole or in part.
Any total or partial representation of the Site by any process whatsoever is prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. GEORGEDÉ STUDIO reserves the right to prosecute any act of infringement of its intellectual property rights.
