The prices of the Products are inclusive of tax, excluding delivery costs and within the limit of available stocks. Prices may vary from one period to another due to special promotions or destocking. (It is necessary to jump on the occasion when it presents itself).

Item 4 - Ordering
GEORGEDÉ STUDIO undertakes to honour orders received on the Site only within the limit of available stocks of Products. We can only deliver what we have, but if an ordered product is suddenly unavailable (because your neighbour was faster than you), GEORGEDÉ STUDIO will offer you to order it with a delivery within 15 days by following the same process as a classic purchase with the only difference that you will be told when choosing its size that the item is "on order, delivered within 15 days". And yes, there are undeniable advantages to making everything yourself.
Placing an order
The necessary steps to register an order are :

1: if you already have a Customer account (email and password required)
If you do not have a customer account, you will have to create one when you place the order and validate it.

Changing or cancelling an order

For any order less than 130€ in Metropolitan France here are the conditions that apply:
In all cases, you will be informed of the amount of the delivery charges before the validation and payment of your order.
Colissimo home: 6€.
For a home delivery, your package will be given to you or delivered to your mailbox (if it can hold it). If you are absent, a collection slip will be left with you to pick up your parcel at the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to GEORGEDÉ STUDIO to our great regret.
An e-mail or sms (depending on your choice) will be sent to you 24 hours before the delivery of your package.
DELIVERY AT THE POST OFFICE: 4€.
Delivery in one of the post offices of your choice in France (without prior passage of your postman at home).
DELIVERY AT A RELAY POINT: 4€.
Delivery in one of the post office relay point shops (there are thousands of them!). You will be informed of the availability of your package by email or sms, again with a withdrawal voucher allowing you to come and collect it within 10 working days of receiving the email or sms.

If you are in Paris or in the surrounding area and public transport is working, you can pick up your purchases at the GEORGEDÉ STUDIO boutique located at 12, Rue de l'Echiquier 75010 Paris between 9am and 5:30pm.
For any delivery outside of Metropolitan France, the shipping costs will be indicated to you before validating your basket.
The average delivery time includes :
- The processing of orders from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), within an average of 48 hours. It may take longer during certain promotional periods or busy periods.
You will be kept informed by e-mail of the dispatch and tracking of your order.
You will be able to track your order by logging in to your account in the orders area.
Item 7 - Return of ordered Products
GEORGEDÉ STUDIO offers customers 30 days to change their mind (15 days more than the law). We thought you had a busy schedule and that 15 extra days would be welcome to fit it in between work, family life, friends, happy hours, tennis, golf, late mornings and blackouts.
- The period starts on the date of delivery of the package.
After these deadlines, the delivered items will be deemed to be accepted by the Customer.
How to notify us :
You must notify GEORGEDÉ STUDIO of your decision to withdraw from the Order by e-mail at the following address firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be refunded within 15 days, except for the return and shipping costs if your order was less than 130 euros. If it exceeded this amount, only the return costs will be retained. In the case of an exchange, you will not pay the return costs.
GEORGEDÉ STUDIO may however defer the refund until we have received the returned products.
Refunds are made by crediting the Customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used to pay for the order or by the PAYPAL account.
You can also apply for a credit note or voucher in lieu of the rebate. Which Philippe obviously prefers, since it's a pledge of trust and loyalty, and he loves that.

Condition of returned or exchanged Products :
The Product(s) returned (including in the case of an exchange) must be new, unused and if possible in their original box. Any item returned dirty and/or damaged will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the package, GEORGEDÉ STUDIO will carry out a verification of the returned Product(s).
If the return is refused by GEORGEDÉ STUDIO, the Products will be returned to you at your expense without you being able to demand any compensation or reimbursement. How hard life is in this world.
Non-conforming products :

Section 12 - Limitation of liability
