How to make a return
In case of an exchange, no shipping fees will be applied to make the exchange. Neither your return, nor the second shipment (for Metropolitan France only)

GEORGEDÉ STUDIO offers 30 days to customers to change their mind (15 days more than the law). We thought you had a busy schedule and that 15 extra days would be welcome to fit this in between work, family life and friends.

After these deadlines, the delivered items will be deemed to have been accepted by the Customer.
How to tell us:
You must notify GEORGEDÉ STUDIO of your decision to withdraw from the Order by e-mail at the following address email@example.com
Philippe will appreciate it very much if you leave a comment to indicate the reason for your return. Is it the size, the model, the color or any other reason related to your mood that day?
How to return your Product :
You can reuse the box, a return label to be affixed to it will be sent to you by email as soon as your request has been taken into account.

It is important that you keep proof of the shipment to request a refund.
The return label will be sent to you by email as soon as your request is registered.
Condition of returned or exchanged Products :
The Product(s) returned (including as part of an exchange) must be new, unused and if possible in their original box. Any item returned soiled and/or damaged will not be accepted. You understand, they cannot be resold.
Upon receipt of the package, GEORGEDÉ STUDIO will carry out a verification of the returned Product(s).
If the return is refused by GEORGEDÉ STUDIO, the Products will be returned to you at your expense without you being able to demand any compensation or reimbursement.
